Yutaka Kobayakawa
Yutaka is Konata's cousin and Yui's younger sister. She first appeared in episode 14 in the anime, it was when Konata in third grade and she's just admitted into Ryoo High School and live together with Konata. Just like Konata, Yutaka psychic is smaller than average. She has short red hair which usually tied in small two bunches. Yutaka has a weak psychic and get cold easily, and not grow at all. Konata often tease Yutaka that she won't grow taller than herself. Despite her illness, Yutaka remains cheerful. Minami Iwasaki is her first friend in the school, they meet when Yutaka fell due to her sickness, then Minami help her and Minami lend her hand kerchief to Yutaka. She also befriends Hiyori Tamura and Patricia Martin.
