Miyuki Takara is a daughter of a very wealthy family. Not only beautiful, she also has great academic and well mannered. Miyuki nicknamed Yuki-chan by Tsukasa. She is in the same class with Konata and Tsukasa, and the class president for her grade level in her first year. Miyuki always use very polite Japanese, even when talking to her closest friend. Konata and Tsukasa usually asking things that they don't know to her, and Miyuki is often shown giving impromptu but highly detailed, but it too detail for them and they don't understand at all. Even though Konata often asking a question to Miyuki, she don't want to copy homework from her, she said that because Miyuki is just too nice of a person and she wouldn't feel right asking her for that kind of thing. Miyuki is one of the top three best students in her grade of the semester.
Miyuki is a nice and friendly meganekko (glasses girl). She is also a clumsy girl, but Konata refers that as a moe factor and it makes her more interesting. She wears glasses because of she is afraid
to wear contact, it's more like she scared that stuff get in her eye, she even can't open her eyes in water. Miyuki's vision had been good until elementary school, but it getting worse due to her habit reading books in the dark after her mother dozed off while reading to her in bed. Miyuki loves to read books and sleep, she always goes to bed early. She really hates go to dentist, even though her cavities get worse. Once in rare occasion, her personality changes when playing video games. Miyuki has the biggest breast among Lucky Star girls, that's why she becomes the frequent victim of Konata's playful bouts of sexual harassment. Regardless one of main characters, she is seen less often than other.
