Tsukasa Hiiragi is the younger fraternal twin sister of Kagami hiiragi. She's not very good at both sports and studying, but excels in cooking. Konata often goes to her house because of that reason (other than copying Kagami's homework), even if she feels lazy. Tsukasa can easily affected by surroundings, and the text book definition of "nice girl." Become as bad as Konata in studying, make Tsukasa often asking Kagami to help her on homework, but with different reason, Tsukasa usually forgets her assignment, while Konata is just too lazy to do them herself. Tsukasa hasn't shown any interest in video games and anime, but she does like the "Keroro Gunsou" series.
Tsukasa is a clumsy type girl, once, she received a mobile phone as birthday present, but didn't need a long time, she ruined her phone when she forget put the phone in her skirt pocket and threw it all in the washing machine. Tsukasa met Konata for first time when Tsukasa stalked by stranger and she don't know what to do, and Konata save her by ran over and beat that stranger down, after that they become a good friend. Tsukasa shares the same laziness (with different reason) as Konata, she is heavy sleeper, and often sleeps until noon, and can't wake up at set up time. Tsukasa's physique is a bit smaller than average. She has short purple hair with a ribbon like head band on it. Once, Konata compare her personality with Kagami, she said that Tsukasa has laid back personality and Kagami has violent personality.
